Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations should be intimated through email and refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email.

· If cancelled 45 days or more before departure: 20% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee

· If cancelled 45 to 30 days before departure: 30% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee

· If cancelled 30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee

· If cancelled 15 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee

· No shows: 100% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee

· For Flights/Trains/Buses, cancellation will be as per cancellation policy of Airlines/IRCTC/Transport respectively.

· In case we are not able to provide same hotels as are mentioned, then we shall provide the similar alternate properties,
change in the price if any will be advised.

· The package price does not include - expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service,
alcoholic beverages, camera fees, etc. Any meals and services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.

· In the event of circumstances/situations such as road blockage due to strike /agitation, natural calamities,
sickness evacuation, delay/cancellation of train/flight etc. Also, due to monsoon rains and extreme weather
pattern journey time can vary enormously at all time of year, which is beyond our control and additional expenses incurred
due to these reason has to be borne by traveler only.

· All transfer times and sightseeing are subject to variations depending on time availability, traffic flow and road conditions.

· Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per the hotel policies.

· Houseboat check in Will Be 12:00 Noon & Check out time will be 09:00 AM. Early Check In, late Check out Subject to Availability

· It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo Id's(Driving License, Passport, Voter Card).

· If Hotel ask for any Supplement charges for Gala Dinner, on 24-Dec, or 31-Dec, should be paid directly by traveler to hotel.

Day 1 - Arrival at Jaipur: Upon arrival at Jaipur Airport, Railway Station or Bus Station, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in. You will spend the night at the hotel.

Day 2 - Jaipur: After breakfast, you will go on a morning excursion to Amber Fort. You have the option to ride a caparisoned elephant to reach the palace fortress. You will tour the chambers and hallways of the palace, which are known for their excellent design and decoration. In the afternoon, you will tour Jaipur, also known as "The Pink City of Rajasthan." You will visit the unique Jantar Mantar observatory, built in the 1700s, which still looks futuristic. You will also see the City Palace and its museum, the Hawa Mahal or Palace of Winds. You will spend the night at the hotel.

Day 3 - Jaipur - Bikaner: After breakfast, you will drive to Bikaner. Upon arrival, a sightseeing tour of the city will be conducted. Bikaner was founded in 1488 by Rao Bikaji, a descendant of the founder of Jodhpur Jodhaji. You will visit the Junagarh Fort, constructed between 1588 and 1599 by Raja Jai Singh, a general in the Mogul Emperor Akbar's army. You will also visit the Lalgarh Palace Museum and Camel Breeding Farm (closed on Sunday). You will check in late at your hotel and spend the night there.

Day 4 - Bikaner - Jaisalmer via Deshnokh: After breakfast, you will drive to Jaisalmer. En route, you will visit Deshnokh Karni Mata Temple and Pokaran. Upon arrival in Jaisalmer, you will check in at Hotel RDTC Moomal. In the late afternoon, you will drive to "Sam" for a lifetime sunset sand dunes experience. You have the option to ride a camel at an extra cost. You will return to the hotel late evening and spend the night there.

Day 5 - Jaisalmer: After breakfast, you will go on a morning sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer, located in the heart of the great Indian desert. You will visit the fort built by Maharawal Jaisel in 1156 AD, one of the 2nd oldest in Rajasthan, situated on a triangular mount 76 meters above ground level. You will also see the Jain Temple of 12th century BC Gadhisar tank, Folk Museum, Patva-Ki-Haveli, Salim Singh Haveli, and Diwan Nathmal Ki Haveli, Badal Niwas Palace. You will return to the hotel through narrow cobbled streets and spend the night there.

Day 6 - Jaisalmer - Jodhpur: After breakfast, you will drive to Jodhpur, en route visiting Osian, which has 16 Jain and Vaishnava Temples dating back from the 8th to 11th centuries. You will visit the Mehrangarh Fort, rising up on a hilly scrap, built on the advice of a hermit. Inside the fort are a number of palaces added by successive rulers and the canon rampart. You will also visit the Jaswanthada, a richly carved white marble cenotaph of Maharaja Jaswant Sight-II, which preserves the genealogy of the rulers of Jodhpur along with their life-size portraits. In the early afternoon, you will visit Mandore Gardens, set on a plateau and the ruins of the ancient Marwar capital surrounded by beautiful gardens. Night stay at the hotel.

Day 7 - Jodhpur:After break fast drive to morning sight seeing tour of Jodhpur – gateway to the desert beyond, home of the Rathores of Marwar. visit the Mehrangarh fort, rising up on a hilly scrap, built on the advice of a hermit, which over looks the cities blue houses, the image of a long sentinel. inside the fort are a number of palaces added by successive ruler and the canon rampart. Also visit the Jaswanthada, richly carved white marble cenotaph of Maharaja Jaswant Sight-II , which preserves the genealogy of the rulers of Jodhpur along with their life-size portraits. Early after noon, visiting Mandore gardens set on a plateau are the ruins of the ancient Marwar capital now surrounded with beautiful gardens. See the pillared ‘Hall Of Heroes’ and the ‘Shrine of the 300 million Gods’ return to the old city walk through Sojati gate, which leads to Sadar Bazaar with its ornate clock tower. late after noon excursion to a Bishnoi village to witness black bucks freely roam in heards in the countryside also see thatched huts and houses. Men wearing colorful turbans (headgear) and women in bright outfits working in their fields with their cattle’s. Night Stay at Hotel .

Day 8 -  after breakfast, drive to Udaipur via Ranakpur. Visit the famous Jain temples dating back to the 15th century. Its 29 halls are supported by 1444 pillars, none of which are similar. The temple abounds with intricate friezes and sculptures. Also, visit more Jain temples of the sun god with its erotic sculptures. Continue your drive to the “Lake City” and upon arrival, check into the hotel for the night..

Day 9 -  after breakfast, enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Udaipur. Known as the Venice of the East, this city is possibly the most romantic in Rajasthan. It was founded by Maharaja Udai Singh and is situated on the edge of the lakes and surrounded by the Aravali Mountain Ranges. The ambiance, climate, and history combine to make Udaipur a tourist heaven. Take a morning excursion to the famous temple of Eklingji & Nagda. In the afternoon, enjoy a half-day city tour visiting City Palace museum, Jagdish temple, and Saheliyon Ki Bari. Spend the night at the hotel.

Day 10 -  after breakfast, transfer to the airport, railway station, or bus station for departure, and the tour ends.
