Booking Policy:

All bookings made with BigBull Travels are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by the supplier. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date at the time of booking.

 

Payment Policy:

Full payment is required at the time of booking for all travel services, including flight tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, and travel insurance. payment through NEFT ,IMPS ,UPI and major credit cards including  Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We also accept payments through PayPal..

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of reservation you make. Please check the cancellation policy of your reservation before making a booking. In case of cancellation, any refund due will be subject to the cancellation policy.

 

Change Policy:

Changes to your booking may be subject to additional fees. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.

 

Travel Documents:

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas etc, are valid and up-to-date at the time of travel.

BigBull Travels acts only as an intermediary between the traveler and the supplier of travel services. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the traveler's use of these services.

 

Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend that travelers purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against any unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.

 

Governing Law:

All bookings made with BigBull Travels are governed by the laws of the country in which the services are provided.
